How long are the
sessions?
Typically, our sessions last about 1 hour
for the evaluation and 45 minutes for the follow up treatments.
If somebody needs more treatment time to address their unique
needs we will schedule ahead to accomodate for this. The extension
of treatment time is determined by the client and the therapist.

What do I wear
for the sessions?
Our female clients usually are asked to
wear our cloth gown to allow the therapist to have direct skin
contact for application of technique as needed. Our male clients
are asked to wear gym shorts with an elastic waist band, again
for easy access to skin for application of technique. Occasionally,
we treat a client fully clothed, but this is not typical.

Why do you
often treat the entire body even if the symptoms are just in one
location?
It is essential to take the entire body
into consideration because of the anatomical interconnections
of the fascial system. A restriction from a distant region can
travel along the fascial connections to contribute to the symptoms.
Likewise, any injury in one location can feed into other regions
of the body that can interfere with the complete healing process.
Either way it acts like a domino effect. A total body approach
is one of the hallmarks of our unique approach to any body pain
or dysfunction.

If I have
health insurance that will cover for services out of network,
will you do the billing for me?
Yes, we will bill your insurance company
if you have the benefits to be treated with us. We also have a
discounted rate for any client that pays for services at the time
of their treatment whether they have insurance or not. If you
have insurance that will cover services, you can choose to have
us bill for you or you can pay at the time of treatment and then
submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
This latter choice will allow for an overall savings for you.

Do you accept
credit card payments?
We accept MasterCard and Visa for payments
of the full treatment, co pay or deductible, whichever applies.

Do I need a
referral from my physician to be treated?
You will only need a referral if your insurance
company requires it; otherwise we do not need a physician's referral
for treatment as Massachusetts law allows for direct access.

optimal health and well being and proceed with our best medical
judgment. We are committed to achieving our goals with the highest
